Can be applied to One character giving that character a Berserk Form. To Apply this item the user must create and submit a reference for the form so that it may be added to the character ML for record keeping. Please note that Berserk forms are not passible in breedings. However berserk forms can be drawn for prompts, arena entries, and event art/writing!
